About me
I've been shooting guns since I was about 5. Shooting them in competition since I was 14. So 20+ years of shooting - from Service Rifle with an M-14, to NCAA collegiate Air Rifle & pistol, to 3 Gun, Bianchi Cup/NRA Action Pistol, USPSA Pistol, IPSC Shotgun & Rifle, Palma rifle, summer biathlon...I've shot across more disciplines & divisions than most women competing & I love them all.
My husband and 3 sons all compete, and we are the largest family in the USA actively competing together. My eldest son, Tim, is one of the top rifle, shotgun, and pistol shooters in the world. We've competed, while representing the USA, in IPSC rifle, shotgun, and in 2022, will add pistol. There are only two other competitive shooters to compete across these three disciplines at this level.
In my fictitious spare time, I write for NRA Women, blog for Winchester Ammunition, Women's Outdoor News, & dive headfirst into photography & everything else. I've also written for Gun World Magazine & Guns America.
